How to make a Calzone [Part lll]

3 of 3 videos detailing how to make a pizza calzone from scratch. Ingredients for dough: 1 package rapid-rising dry yeast 3/4 cup warm water 1 tablespoon sugar 3 cups flour 1/4 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon salt Egg wash [1 egg + 1 tsp of water] Cornmeal, for dusting Ingredients for pizza sauce [NOT MARINARA SAUCE]: 1 can of Hunts tomato sauce Oregano Honey salt Filling: Feta Cheese Provalone Cheese Parmesean Cheese Mozarella Cheese Pepperoni Olives – Dough should be left alone to rise for 45 minutes after covering in EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) – After sprinkling flour on the newly risen bread, let it sit for an additional 15 minutes. – Sauce should simmer on stove on low for about 30 – 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. – Oven should be set at 400 degrees (F). – Once Calzone is filled, folded over, & covered in the egg wash, pop it in the oven for roughly 30 minutes or until golden brown.
