I informed a man named Camron at Grand Management of the roof leaking a year ago, Grand Management sent someone named Andrew from Hudson Investment Group over that claimed he filled out paper work for me and told me not to go to Grand Management for help, because they aren’t going to handle anything. A year later they denied it ever happened. I have spent $200 a month on fans, heating and other expenses just so I don’t suffocate and succumb to the mold that is growing under the carpet. There’s wood under the carpet. This same Andrew also installed a new hot water heater after reluctantly discovering a few months after I moved in that it had been turned off by the neighbor, because after they turned it back on it blew up. After they installed it he gave me a free pizza coupon which I felt I should have declined, but didn’t and he told me "don’t drink the hot water… ever". He didn’t really go into detail as to why.
