BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe by Chef Brendon Coffey Ingredients • 1 Savante Chili and Garlic Wrap • 1 Small bowl Tomato saucechutney • 1 Small bowl Red onion (sliced) • 1 Small bowl Roasted capsicum (sliced) • 1 Small bowl Barbeque chicken (sliced) • 1 Small bowl Parmesan cheese (grated) • Garnish with Bessel leave • Seasoning to taste Instructions 1. Place one Savante Chili and Garlic Wrap on a flat surface to use as a pizza base. 2. Add four-five tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce/chutney over the top of the base. 3. Sprinkle chopped red onion over the top of the base. 4. Spread chopped roasted capsicum over the top of the base. 5. Spread shredded barbeque chicken over the top of the base. 6. Place a few Bessel leaves over the top of the base. 7. Sprinkle seasoning and parmesan cheese over the top of the base. 8. Place it on a flat baking tray and cook for 7minutes. 9. Serve with Barbeque sauce
