Ingredients – 1 whole wheat pizza bread 2 tbsp heavy cream 1/2 cup milk Some zucchini 1 cup assorted bell peppers 1 cup caramelized onions 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves of garlic crushed Salt and pepper to taste Preparation – Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese. Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread. Add the cheese, zucchini, assorted bell peppers, caramelized onions, caramelized onions, pepper and pop it in the oven. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Learn how to make totally homemade dough and pizza sauce with better than average toppings (margherita and jalapeno poppers). Homemade Pizza Dough & Sauce w/ Jalapeno Popper & Margherita Pizza Recipes: Grill Dough Ingredients 2 C all purpose flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp white sugar 1 (.25 ounce) package dry active yeast 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp cornmeal for dusting ¾ C warm water (approx. 110 degrees) Directions 1. Proof (dissolve) yeast in warm water. 2. In separate bowl, place flour, salt, sugar, and oil. Make a well in the center and place yeast/warm water mixture in. Mix thoroughly until consistency of an elastic ball. Allow to rise 1 ½ hours. 3. Flour surface and roll out 1/2 dough. 4. Before grilling, use a fork to poke holes on top side. 5. Sprinkle top side with cornmeal and place top side down on grill. Grill 4-7 minutes on medium heat. When dough becomes crispy and has grill marks remove from grill. 6. Sprinkle non-grilled side of dough with cornmeal. Add your favorite toppings to grilled side of the dough. 7. Place entire pizza, non-grilled side down, back on the grill until the cheese is melted, approximately 4-7 more minutes. 8. Enjoy! Easy Pizza Sauce Ingredients 8 ounces of tomato sauce 3 ounces of tomato paste ½ tsp minced garlic ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried basil ¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Directions In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook on low to medium until ready to use or serve. DIY: HOMEMADE PIZZA RECIPE (Script) MAKING A HOMEMADE PIZZA XD! We’re gonna, me and my partners we’re gonna talk you about a recipe, we’re gonna show you how to make a homemade pizza, so making a homemade pizza have two process, the first one is making the dough and the ingredients are: First, we need one and a half cup of flour with no dry yeast; two teaspoons of dry yeast and a cup of warm water. So now, my partner Harvey’s gonna show you how to make the dough HARVEY! So, first you have to put the dry yeast and the flour in a bowl and mix it all together, ok, and then add the water. HARVEY’S JUST KNEADING! Start kneading with a hand first but don’t worry about thinking you’re gonna need some more flour, the proportions given are right and exact, it’s better not to use any salt cause the ingredients you’re adding later on the pizza may have a salty flavor. Keep kneading the dough until it is the soft enough if it is necessary try hitting it against the kitchen table. AND… KEEPS KNEADING! So, the key for the dough to be really soft it’s to let it rest at least 30 minutes until it raises up, try turning it into a ball and cover it with a bag and wait until the dry yeast magic happens. NOW… LEIIDY!!! Soon after, take out the baking tray from the oven, put some of oil all on it and spray it all over it using a paper napkin.
