Lui making a Healthy Pizza from scratch that will fit your macros. Macros for the whole pizza are 51 g of Fat 154 g of Protein 207 g of Carbohydrate Ingredients: 16 oz Trader Joe’s pizza dough (garlic and herb) 112 g of Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella cheese 125 g of trader Joe’s tomato basil sauce 300 g of precooked chicken 30 g of almond meal Optional: Pizza stone (desire for better crunch) Procedure: 1) Preheat the oven and baking stone at 500F for 30 min 2) Lower the temp of the oven to 350F and allow it to stabilize 3) Dust the table with almond meal 4) Make a ball with the dough and roll it using a rolling pin to desire shape 5) Spread the sauce all over the dough 6) Add the chicken and cheese 7) Transfer the pizza to the baking stone 8) Place into the oven for 15 min or untill cheese is melted and crust is of desire consistency 9) Enjoy bon appétit Facebook: www.facebook.com Kevin’s Instagram: kevinh99 Erik’s Instagram: er1khung Lui’s Instagram: mankee_5
